Business Intelligence Analyst II

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Business Intelligence Analyst II to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, and CRM/IT enabled services.

• Analyze business intelligence data to inform business and product decisions.
• Blend historical data from industry reports, public information, field reports, or purchased sources into analyses.
• Identify and analyze industry/geographic trends and competitor market strategies.
• Collaborate with other areas of the business to model the outcome of implementing potential business strategies.
• Manage and oversee the implementation of short-term activities within the team.
• Provide professional expertise and take responsibility for the end-product, potentially supervising less experienced professionals.

• Comprehensive knowledge of business intelligence, data analysis, and CRM/IT enabled services.
• Experience with data modeling, analytics, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of business operations and processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques.
