Educational Qualification : CA/ICWA
1.Would drive the operating and strategic plan set out for respective business unit.
2.Oversee the review and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance to determine key drivers impacting performance. Cost Governance (including cost take out initiatives, systemic and sustainable cost reduction analysis, forecasting).
3.Capex governance (including forecasting, capitalization as per Accounting Standards)
4.Responsible for ensuring right cost is cross charged to businesses and providing overall visibility of IT spend.
5.Critical attributes to success would be strong communication, cadence and resilience.
6.Operate as a business partner; cultivate positive business relationships with senior leadership team and other key constituents.
7.Impactful MIS and institutionalizing early warning indicators for the business.
