Learning Consultant (B2C Sales) | Mumbai (Goregaon East)

Location: Mumbai (Goregaon East)
Work Mode: 6 Days WFO
Timings: 11:30 AM 8:30 PM

Job Role: Inside Sales

Work Profile: This is a full-time on-site role for a Learning Consultant located in Mumbai. We are looking for a passionate Inside Sales professionals for our Sales team.

The role will be based out of Mumbai. The role involves effective communication and collaboration with internal teams, high volume calling coupled with attractive monthly incentives!

Key Responsibilities:

• Driving inquiries & admissions for the various short term/long term learning programs
• Experience in managing the entire sales cycle by consulting and providing learning solutions
• Engaging with large volume of qualified leads that results in final conversion (enrollment in the program).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Counseling students via phone or email regarding which program would be beneficial for their career advancement
• Regularly updating the CRM
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience in the education or e-learning industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Education & Qualifications:

Work Experience: Min 0.5 year (Inside Sales Exp Mandatory)

Educational Qualification: HSC/Graduation in any discipline

Shift: 6 days working, Sundays fixed off

Desired Attributes: Target-Oriented and Self-Driven Individuals

Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi (Tamil is an added advantage)
