Business Development Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth in the NGO sector through corporate partnerships, CSR initiatives, and institutional sales.
• Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key stakeholders, and lead negotiations to secure funding agreements.
• Manage a team of professionals responsible for generating leads, developing proposals, and executing projects related to corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions on product offerings and service delivery.

Job Requirements :

• 1-8 years of experience in B2B sales or NGO management with a focus on corporate social responsibility (CSR).
• Proven track record of success in lead generation, institutional sales, or similar roles within the NGO sector.
• Strong understanding of corporate social responsibility principles and practices; ability to develop effective CSR strategies.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
