Business Development Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth in the FMCG industry.
• Manage a team of sales executives to achieve targets and expand market presence.
• Identify new opportunities through direct sales efforts, field visits, and relationship-building with key customers.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.

Job Requirements :

• 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales or related field (FMCG sales preferred).
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue streams.
• Strong understanding of direct sales principles, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
• Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with clients at all levels.
