Business Development Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop new business opportunities through consultative sales approach to acquire SME clients for MSME loans.
• Manage relationships with existing clients to increase revenue growth and retention rates.
• Identify market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive landscape of SME lending.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers.

Job Requirements :

• 2-8 years of experience in Business Development Manager role, preferably in SME banking or related fields.
• Strong understanding of MSME loan products, including financing options for small businesses.
• Excellent relationship management skills with ability to build strong rapport with high net worth individuals (HNIs) and corporates.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective negotiation techniques.
