Role & responsibilities
- Build your own pipeline through outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email, cold calls, and referrals
- Research target accounts and personalize outreach based on their tech stack, team size, and likely pain points
- Run multi-channel outreach sequences and manage follow-up cadences to move prospects from cold to warm
- Qualify leads and manage them through the pipeline using a structured CRM workflow
- Book and run discovery calls and solution demos on your own
- Nurture longer-cycle deals with consistent touchpoints and relevant context
- Handle objections, negotiate commercial terms, and drive deals to close
- Work with the delivery team to scope proposals and custom solutions where needed
- Track pipeline health and forecast accurately for weekly reporting to the Founder
Preferred candidate profile
- 5 to 7 years in B2B sales, with at least 3 years running a full sales cycle as a Business Development Manager, Account Executive or senior sales role
- Prior experience selling tech consulting, managed services, DevOps or cloud solutions, or B2B SaaS strongly preferred
- Demonstrated track record of hitting or exceeding quota in a consultative, longer-cycle sales environment
- Experience selling to technical buyers such as CTOs, Engineering Heads, or IT Directors is a strong plus
- The individual must be open towards working in US/European time zone.

- Prior experience at a startup or consulting firm where you had to build the playbook alongside selling
