Business development Head / CEO

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Head / CEO to lead our glass manufacturing company in Bathinda. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.

• Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure product conformance and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement quality standards for new products.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.
• Establish and enforce quality metrics and KPIs.
• Lead and develop a team of quality control technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Investigate and address customer complaints related to quality issues, working closely with the Customer Support team.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 6+ years in a Quality Manager role within the Glass, Ceramics & Concrete industry.
• Strong knowledge of quality management principles, practices, and standards.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team.
• Proficiency in using quality control tools and software.
• Solid understanding of relevant industry regulations and certifications.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
