Business Development Executive (Loans)

Role & responsibilities

• Source loan business through your own field marketing, references, cold-calling, and local networking in and around Kurnool.
• Recruit, onboard, activate, and manage a network of POSPs / sub-agents / referral partners, and drive their productivity to keep a steady loan-lead pipeline flowing.
• Sell the full loan suite Personal Loan, Home Loan, Loan Against Property (LAP), Business Loan, Auto Loan, and more from our partner banks and NBFCs, and should cross-sell insurance products too.
• Own the file end-to-end: counsel customers, collect documents, coordinate with lenders, and follow up through login sanction disbursement process.
• Consistently achieve monthly sourcing / disbursement targets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, POSPs, and lender/branch contacts.
• Track local market trends, competitor offers, and rate movements to spot new opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 6 months of sales experience in Banking, NBFC, DSA, or loan/insurance distribution.
• Experience sourcing loans directly and/or managing POSPs/sub-agents is a strong plus.
• Fluent in Telugu (local language); working English/Hindi a bonus.
• Own two-wheeler + smartphone; comfortable with daily field work.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Local candidate (Kurnool / nearby) with an existing local network preferred.
