Role Overview
The Executive Business Development will drive institutional and corporate group sales across Kottayam and nearby regions. This role requires strong local network penetration and field sales execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads from schools, colleges, corporates, and coaching institutes in Kottayam region
- Conduct meetings with institutional heads and corporate HR/Admin teams
- Drive group bookings and seasonal campaigns
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Achieve defined revenue targets
Qualification & Experience
- Graduate / MBA preferred
- 2-5 years of experience in field sales / B2B / institutional sales
Desired Profile
- Malayalam & English fluency (mandatory)
- Willingness to travel across Kottayam •
- Two-wheeler preferred
