Role & responsibilities Core responsibilities
- Prospecting and lead generation: Identifying new business opportunities and potential clients through market research and networking.
- Client relationship management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
- Sales and negotiation: Developing and implementing sales strategies, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts to close deals and meet revenue targets.
- Market analysis: Conducting market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and identify new growth areas.
- Internal collaboration: Working with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to create effective solutions and strategies.
- Reporting and tracking: Using CRM systems to track leads and sales progress, and analyzing performance data to inform future strategies.
