Job Description
- Generate business through cold calling, lead generation, and client acquisition.
- Promote and demonstration of our HR solutions/ products including HRMS, Cloud Payroll, Staffing, Staff Augmentation, and other HRTech services.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Identify potential clients and connect with key decision-makers.
- Prepare and deliver business proposals and presentations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with CEOs, CXOs, HR Heads, and other senior stakeholders.
- Drive new business opportunities while ensuring client retention and account growth.
- Market and position Genius HRTECH's services to corporate clients.
