Role & responsibilities



Lead Generation

  • Research and identify potential customers, markets, and business opportunities.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, emails, social media, and referrals.
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.

2. Client Acquisition

  • Contact and engage potential customers.
  • Understand client requirements and present suitable products or services.
  • Schedule meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.

3. Sales and Revenue Growth

  • Convert qualified leads into customers.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of business.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

4. Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
  • Encourage repeat business and referrals.

5. Market Research

  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Identify emerging opportunities and recommend growth strategies.
  • Gather customer feedback to improve products or services.

6. Proposal and Presentation Preparation

  • Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Explain company offerings and value propositions effectively.
  • Participate in client meetings and negotiations.

7. Collaboration with Internal Teams

  • Coordinate with marketing, sales, product, and customer support teams.
  • Share client requirements and market insights.
  • Assist in developing strategies to improve customer acquisition.

8. Reporting and Documentation

  • Update CRM systems with lead and client information.
  • Track sales activities and performance metrics.
  • Prepare regular reports for management.
