Business Development Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets through agency channel, direct channel, and banca sales.
  
• Build strong relationships with clients to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
  
• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 6 months to 4 years in sales ( Front line sales experience preferred)
  
• Strong understanding of life insurance products and services offered by various companies.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for building client relationships.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
  
• Proficiency in using technology tools for lead generation, data analysis, and reporting.
