Role & responsibilities
Lead Generation
- Research and identify potential customers, markets, and business opportunities.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, emails, social media, and referrals.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
2. Client Acquisition
- Contact and engage potential customers.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable products or services.
- Schedule meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
3. Sales and Revenue Growth
- Convert qualified leads into customers.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of business.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
4. Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
- Encourage repeat business and referrals.
5. Market Research
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Identify emerging opportunities and recommend growth strategies.
- Gather customer feedback to improve products or services.
6. Proposal and Presentation Preparation
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Explain company offerings and value propositions effectively.
- Participate in client meetings and negotiations.
7. Collaboration with Internal Teams
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, product, and customer support teams.
- Share client requirements and market insights.
- Assist in developing strategies to improve customer acquisition.
8. Reporting and Documentation
