Business Development Executive

Role & Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers for Current Account (CA) and Savings Account (SA) through field sales.
• Generate leads through market visits, cold calling, references, and local area mapping.
• Build and maintain relationships with business owners, retailers, SMEs, professionals, and corporate clients.
• Identify New-to-Bank (NTB) customers and convert them into active banking customers.
• Conduct customer meetings and explain CASA products, features, and benefits.
• Achieve monthly targets for CASA account acquisition and account funding.
