About the Role
Career Launcher is looking for dynamic, energetic, and result-oriented Business Development Executives to drive student enrollments, revenue growth, and brand visibility. The role involves field sales, relationship building with educational institutions, and executing local marketing initiatives to generate leads and admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve enrollment and revenue targets for assigned centers.
- Develop and execute market-specific business development strategies.
- Build strong relationships with schools, colleges, and educational institutions.
- Conduct seminars, workshops, and promotional activities for brand awareness.
- Generate walk-ins through ATL/BTL activities, local marketing, and field outreach.
- Mobilize student groups for Career Launcher programs and initiatives.
- Counsel and convince students to enroll in Career Launcher courses.
- Manage center-level operational processes and admission formalities.
- Drive business growth and ensure target achievement for the assigned territory.
- Travel within the city for meetings, promotions, and business development activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
- Experience in Sales, Business Development, Field Sales, B2C Sales, or the Education Industry.
- Freshers with strong communication skills, sales aptitude, and a passion for education are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to work in the field.
