About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive student enrolments and revenue growth for assigned centres. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, excellent relationship management abilities, and a passion for the education industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve enrolment and revenue targets for assigned centres.
• Develop and execute market-specific business development strategies.
• Build relationships with schools and colleges to generate business opportunities and organize seminars.
• Drive student walk-ins through ATL activities, local marketing, and promotional campaigns.
• Mobilize student groups for Career Launcher initiatives and programs.
• Counsel and convince students to enrol in Career Launcher courses.
• Handle operational processes and centre-related formalities.
• Drive overall business growth for the assigned centre.
• Travel within the assigned city for meetings, marketing activities, and business development.

Candidate Requirements

• 15 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing.
• Experience in the Education, EdTech, Coaching, or Test Preparation industry is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build relationships with educational institutions.
• Target-oriented with a proactive and go-getter attitude.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the city.
