Business Development Executive / Sales Executive For Medical Devices

Responsibilities include:

• Promote and demonstrate medical devices to General Surgeons, Gynecologists, and Urologists within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors through regular visits and timely follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
• Meet hospital management and procurement teams to secure institutional and bulk purchase orders.
• Educate healthcare professionals on new products, latest technologies, and current clinical trends.
• Explain product features, clinical benefits, competitive advantages, and cost-effectiveness to customers.
• Develop long-term customer relationships to enhance product adoption and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and product launches, and submit timely market intelligence reports.
• Participate in conferences, workshops, CMEs, seminars, and product demonstrations to promote the company's portfolio.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research and customer feedback to expand territory sales.
• Prepare and execute annual territory sales plans in coordination with the Sales Manager.
• Forecast sales, manage budgets, and monitor monthly business performance and expenses.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms while ensuring timely and accurate contract execution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, quotations, and business opportunities through CRM and reporting tools.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements while achieving business objectives.
