Additionally, the role supports transformational efforts by preparing detailed business cases and steering the execution of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment across various stakeholders and teams to drive successful outcomes.



Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Facilitate communication between business and technology teams to ensure alignment of objectives and deliverables.

Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and recommending innovative approaches.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Proficiency in Icertis Contract Intelligence ICI Platform Functional.

Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement.

Experience in translating business requirements into technology-enabled solutions and operating models.

Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Icertis Contract Intelligence ICI Platform Functional.

This position is based at our Chennai office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
