Hiring: Business Analyst Customer Flow Management (Banking Domain)
Location: Chennai (Hybrid) Prefers only chennai based profiles
Experience: 2 to 5 Years
Notice Period: Immediate to short joiners Preferred
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team and drive customer flow management and compliance-related projects within a global banking environment. The ideal candidate should have strong business analysis expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience delivering end-to-end projects in the Banking/BFSI domain.

- JIRA & Confluence

- Banking / BFSI Domain Experience

- AML / KYC / Compliance domain knowledge
- SUN Fircosoft / AWARE exposure
- Data Mapping
- Financial Crime / Sanctions Screening projects
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Coordinate with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders.
- Facilitate project meetings, track deliverables, and manage project risks.
- Support UAT, solution implementation, and production rollout.
- Ensure timely delivery while adhering to project governance and quality standards.
