Business Analyst with Product owner Gurugram location

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Product Owner with 5+ years of experience in requirement gathering, product development, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring successful delivery of high-quality products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business value.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap, and release plans.
• Facilitate requirement workshops, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with development, QA, UX, and business teams to ensure successful product delivery.
• Monitor product performance and recommend continuous improvements.
• Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and impact assessments.
• Support UAT activities and ensure business requirements are met.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project and product progress.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Product Owner.
• Strong experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Expertise in requirements elicitation, user story creation, and backlog management.
• Experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Experience in process improvement and business process modeling.
• Ability to prioritize features and manage competing business demands.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), PSPO, or Agile certification.
• Experience working with Supply Chain, Logistics, Retail, Finance, or ERP products.
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI.
• Experience working in digital transformation or cloud-based product environments.
