Reporting: AVP - M&A and Strategy

Assist in development of a robust investor relations strategy, management and reporting framework
Instill investor confidence and belief in the company's vision and strategy for delivering shareholder value through transparent and proactive communication, timely and effective reporting, ensuring compliance to Investor Agreement
Support strategy development for on-boarding new investors by identifying and pitching different opportunities to potential investors Existing Investors
Ensure timely and accurate reporting to investors, addressing their queries and concerns effectively

M&A Strategy Development:

Collaborate with executive leadership to formulate and refine the company's M&A strategy.
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential acquisition targets and opportunities.
Lead the due diligence process, including financial analysis, legal reviews, and risk assessments

Financial Modeling and Analysis:

Develop and analyse financial models to assess the viability and impact of potential acquisitions on the company's financial performance.
Provide comprehensive financial reports and insights to guide decision-making processes.

Integration Planning and Execution:

Develop and implement integration plans for successful mergers and acquisitions.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless transition and realization of synergies.

Stakeholder Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, legal teams, and financial advisors.
Communicate effectively to ensure alignment on M&A strategies and objectives.
