Job Description
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Legal Studies, Pre-Law, Finance, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably supporting legal services, legal operations, compliance, contract management, or legal technology projects.
- Strong understanding of legal workflows such as matter management, legal intake, contract lifecycle management, document management, eDiscovery, legal billing, legal hold, or compliance processes.
- Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements, writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, creating process flows, and supporting UAT.
- Ability to work with legal stakeholders including attorneys, paralegals, legal operations, compliance, finance, IT, and external vendors.
- Understanding of confidentiality, attorney-client privilege, role-based access, audit trails, and data privacy requirements.
- Experience with SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
