Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the Business Analysis function and drive digital strategy across the organization. This role will be instrumental in aligning business needs with technology solutions, identifying strategic opportunities, and enabling data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership capabilities, domain-agnostic analytical expertise, and a consultative mindset to influence enterprise-wide digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Business Alignment
Lead the business analysis function across multiple business units or verticals. Partner with senior leadership to understand strategic priorities, operational challenges, and market dynamics. Translate business requirements into digital initiatives and scalable technology roadmaps.
Digital Solutioning & Architecture
Oversee the design and delivery of digital solutions such as analytics platforms, AI/ML models, and enterprise applications. Drive TO-BE process design with a strong focus on user experience and business outcomes. Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles, scalability, and compliance standards. Establish governance frameworks to track delivery metrics, outcomes, and value realization.
Stakeholder Engagement & Governance
Act as a key interface between business, IT, and third-party partners. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build business cases and lead due diligence efforts. Drive stakeholder alignment, change management, and adoption of digital initiatives. Promote robust data governance practices and adherence to organizational SOPs. Leverage internal Centers of Excellence (CoE) and external partners to deliver best-in-class solutions.
Use Case Development & Innovation
Identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact use cases across the business value chain. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that improve operational efficiency and decision-making. Ensure end-to-end process enablement, including downstream systems integration and reporting frameworks.
Market Intelligence & Thought Leadership
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital innovation practices. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to leadership on new opportunities and transformation initiatives. Team Leadership & Capability Building
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of business analysts and digital specialists. Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement. Drive capability building in areas such as analytics, digital technologies, and agile delivery.
Education & Experience
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field; MBA preferred.
1015 years of experience in business analysis, digital strategy, consulting, or transformation roles.
Proven track record in leading large-scale digital or business transformation initiatives.
Domain & Technical Expertise
Strong understanding of enterprise processes, digital ecosystems, and transformation frameworks.
Experience in implementing enterprise IT solutions and digital platforms. Familiarity with data analytics, data engineering, AI/ML concepts, and agile methodologies.
Leadership & Communication
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills. Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive strategic alignment. Excellent presentation, documentation, and decision-making abilities.
Tools & Platforms Experience with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms. Exposure to cloud platforms, data visualization, and digital workflow tools is preferred.
