Business Analyst Lead

• Experience in MGA Systems IMS software will be highly considered

• Hands-on experience with configuration and forms setup
• Core experience in application configuration with strengths in insurance forms setup
• Must understand the significance of the configuration of insurance workflows
• Must have worked on US-based projects to gather requirements on insurance line of business changes, be able to change or maintain application workflows, and insurance forms
• Essential Skills Good communication and documentation skills
• Desirable Skills Commercial lines experience is preferred
• Educational Requirements B
• Tech/Degree in Business Administration/Information Systems or related field preferred

Job Responsibilities

• A team player who will be assigned team lead responsibilities on multiple projects, managing teams
• You will be required to manage a team that will have tight SLAs on deliveries and will need to have open communication with the US-based clients on SLAs, deliveries, and expectations
• Must have knowledge of and willingness to maintain team performance metrics and status
• This will also be a teaching role where you will be asked to teach young and fresher BAs on application configuration and forms setup
