Business Analyst Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Lead Business Analyst who can leverage their analytical expertise to drive measurable business value.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of data and analytics concepts and will work closely with business stakeholders and engineering teams to translate business objectives into actionable requirements, manage the backlog, and drive successful delivery of data and AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and requirements.

2. Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.

3. Translate requirements into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

4. Own and prioritize the backlog based on business value and delivery priorities.

5. Facilitate requirement discussions, backlog refinement, and sprint planning activities.

6. Facilitate requirement workshops and alignment sessions across business and tech teams

7. Work closely with architects, Data Engineers, AI Engineers, and Delivery Leads to ensure successful delivery.

8. Support user acceptance testing and solution adoption.

9. Identify opportunities for process improvements and data-driven solutions.

10. Present roadmap updates and delivery progress clearly to leadership and stakeholders

Education :

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.

2. 10+ years of experience as a Lead Business Analyst, Principal Business Analyst. Product Owner, or a similar role.

3. Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and providing business insights.

4. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and backlog management practices.

5. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

6.Proficiency in SQL and data querying languages.

7.Exposure to cloud platforms, data engineering, analytics, or AI/LLM-based solutions is highly desirable.
