Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for IT projects, including use cases, user stories, and BRD documents.
- Analyze business needs and develop solutions using tools like Excel, SQL, Python, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), SAP etc.
- Participate in UAT testing and provide feedback on project progress.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks effectively.
Job Requirements :
- 2.5-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT services & consulting industry.
- Strong understanding of requirement gathering techniques such as Use Cases and User Stories.
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Excel, SQL, Python etc. .
- Experience with Stakeholder Management is essential.
