Job Summary
Role: Business Analyst - Core Banking
Interview Date: 16th Aug 2026

Location:Tcs Olympus A Thane Mumbai
Required Technical Skill Set
- Strong functional background and understanding of Core Banking. This is in the banking space with areas like Deposits, Loans, Trade Finance, CASA and related accounting.
- Experience on a Core Banking system is a key skill needed.
- Experience in Loans Operations, Trade Finance Operations will be an added advantage.
- Capable to handle multiple stakeholders from business requirement collection with customers (Bank staff / teams).
- Capability to prepare business requirements and solution specification documents.
- Experience of working in a Core Banking related company – either a product developer (Temenos, Finacle, FIS, Oracle FlexCube/OFSS, Finastra, Intellect Design Arena) or Core Banking system integrator (HCL, WIPRO, Deloitte, Accenture, ..) or in a Bank in core operations service centre.
