About the Role

As a Business Analyst, you will analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Your role involves researching, gathering, and synthesizing information to support strategic planning and decision-making.

A typical day involves examining the structure and operations of an organization to understand how its processes and systems function together. This role requires evaluating the existing business model and how it aligns with technological solutions. You will spend time identifying the needs of customers and stakeholders, envisioning improved future states or business solutions. Gathering, researching, and synthesizing relevant information to support decision-making and strategic planning are key activities throughout the day, ensuring that the organization's goals are effectively supported by its processes and technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Proficiency in Oracle Transportation Management.

• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear and actionable requirements.
• Familiarity with process mapping and documentation techniques.
• Experience in coordinating with technical teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technology solutions.

Experience & Education

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle Transportation Management.
• 15 years full-time education is required.
