Business Analyst

Role & responsibilities

• Interacting with various stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Scoping and defining the business requirement.
• Preparation of Documents like BRD, SRS etc. with process flow diagrams, User interfaces.
• Conducting Gap analysis and documentation.
• Management of Project Management tools for monitoring and reporting to higher authorities.
• Discussion of the Functional Solution and Wireframes to the end users and Technical Team.
• Analysis and design of banking solutions.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience in eliciting, analyzing, Designing and documenting business requirements through stakeholder discussions, workshops, and requirement gathering sessions.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and technical documentation.
• Hands-on experience in preparing and maintaining Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Gap Analysis, and other key project documentation.
• Exposure to financial and banking solution design and development, with a good understanding of domain-specific processes and system capabilities.
• Proficiency in using project management tools, UI design tools etc.
• Exposure to Asset Management (Secured and Unsecured Loans and advances) software is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively bridge business and technology teams
• Candidates should have 2- 5 years of experience in a relevant role. Experience in the BFSI and Asset Management will be an added advantage.
