Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Business Analyst for a leading BFSI engagement in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Reference Data Management, Data Governance, Regulatory Compliance, and Stakeholder Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather, validate, and document requirements related to reference data creation, enrichment, maintenance, and governance.
• Conduct impact assessments for system and process changes affecting reference data.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Support data stewardship activities, including data validation, exception handling, and periodic reviews.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as KYC, AML, FATCA, CRS, and internal data governance policies.
• Monitor data quality metrics and drive remediation initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business, Operations, Technology, and Data Governance teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
• Support process improvement and data quality enhancement initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• MBA preferred.
• Experience within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Mandatory Requirements

• 6-8 years of Business Analysis experience.
• Hands-on experience in Reference Data Management and Data Governance.
• Strong understanding of BFSI regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
