Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Analyze business requirements to identify opportunities for process improvements in merchant onboarding and payment systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new features related to merchant acquiring, POS systems, and payment gateways.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions with merchants to ensure seamless integration of our services into their existing infrastructure.
- Develop documentation for technical specifications, test plans, and release notes.
Job Requirements :
- 4-16 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Strong understanding of merchant acquiring processes, including payment systems and gateways.
- Experience working with POS systems, such as card readers or mobile payment apps.
