Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying gaps and recommending process enhancements.

Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Cust Financial Mgt FICA.

Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.

Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between business units and technical teams.

Experience in process modeling and documentation to clearly define business workflows.

Ability to conduct thorough research and synthesize diverse information sources to support solution design.

Skilled in stakeholder management and negotiation to facilitate consensus and drive project success.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP for Utilities Cust Financial Mgt FICA.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.

Qualification 15 years full time education
