Role: Analytics Business Analyst
Experience: 7 to 12 years
Roles & Responsibility:
We are looking for an experienced Analytics Business Analyst with strong Business Analysis expertise in the Banking domain. The candidate will work on transformation and data-driven initiatives for a leading global banking client. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements while supporting successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
Prepare BRDs, FRDs, functional specifications, and user stories.
Work closely with business and technical teams.
Support banking transformation and analytics initiatives.
Participate in UAT and requirement validation.
Coordinate with global stakeholders.
Ensure successful project delivery in Agile environments.
Mandatory Skills
7-12 years of Business Analyst experience.
Strong Banking/Financial Services domain experience.
Requirement Gathering.
BRD / FRD.
User Stories.
Stakeholder Management.
UAT.
Agile / Scrum.
Preferred Skills
Analytics or Data project experience.
SQL.
Power BI / Tableau.
Wealth Banking exposure.
Global banking project experience.
HSBC project exposure (preferred).
