Position Overview:
We are seeking analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst Interns to join our team at Avivo. In this role, you will work alongside our experienced business analysts to gather and analyse business requirements, support project management activities, and contribute to the overall success of our software solutions. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in business analysis, allowing you to develop your skills and contribute to impactful projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering:Assist in collecting and documenting business requirements from stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of project objectives.
- Data Analysis:Conduct data analysis to support business decisions, identifying trends, and providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Process Mapping:Help in mapping and analysing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing solutions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with product managers, developers, and other team members to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Documentation:Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user stories.
- Project Support:Assist in project management activities, including tracking project progress, preparing reports, and coordinating meetings.
- Learning and Growth:Engage in continuous learning and skill development, keeping up with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Testing Support:Collaborate with the QA team to ensure business requirements are met through testing and validation.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of business analysis principles and methodologies.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Eagerness to learn and apply business analysis best practices and methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous internship or project experience in business analysis.
- Familiarity with business process modelling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
- Interest in AI-driven tools and contract management solutions.
