Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Business Analyst Intern to join our team. This internship provides hands-on exposure to requirement gathering, business process analysis, documentation, and stakeholder communication while working on real-world IT projects.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Prepare and maintain BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
  • Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Support data analysis, market research, and project documentation.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Participate in meetings, requirement discussions, and UAT activities.
Qualifications
  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of Business Analysis, SDLC, and Agile methodology.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of tools like Jira, Confluence, Visio, or Lucidchart is an added advantage.
  • Eagerness to learn and build a career in Business Analysis.
