Job Description
- Assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders.
- Support preparation of BRD, FRD, URD, SRS, and functional documents.
- Help create and maintain user manuals, SOPs, process flows, and system documentation.
- Coordinate with IT, product, development, QA, and business teams.
- Assist in UAT activities, user training, and implementation support.
- Participate in requirement walkthroughs and discussions.
- Required Skills & Qualifications.
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, IT, Finance, or related fields.
- Basic understanding or strong interest in Banking, FinTech, or IT systems.
- Good analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Willingness to work full-time onsite for the complete internship duration.
