Business Analyst Intern

Role & responsibilities

• Participate in the Career 360 assessment and career mapping process to identify suitable career pathways.
• Undergo structured industry-oriented training based on selected domain (Technical / Business / Finance / HR / Talent Acquisition).
• Work on live projects and practical assignments to gain industry exposure.
• Develop professional skills including communication, problem-solving, analytical thinking, and workplace readiness.
• Collaborate with mentors and team members to complete assigned tasks and projects.
• Gain hands-on experience in business processes, technology tools, recruitment practices, analytics, or software development based on the selected career track.
• Support organizational projects and contribute to real-world business requirements.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations as required.
• Participate in internship activities, evaluations, and feedback sessions.
• Demonstrate continuous learning and improvement throughout the internship period.

Preferred candidate profile

• Fresh graduates from 2024, 2025, and 2026 batches.
• Candidates from BBA, BBM, MBA, B.Com, M.Com, BE/B.Tech, BCA, MCA, B.Sc (CS/IT), or any Degree Final Year Student.
• Strong willingness to learn and build a successful corporate career.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Basic knowledge or interest in any of the following areas:
