About the Role

Voyon Technology Services Private Limited is looking for a Business Analyst Intern with a strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, Product Innovation, and Cloud Solutions for its AI-powered HRMS product, Voyon Folks HRMS. The ideal candidate should be passionate about exploring emerging AI technologies, identifying practical business use cases, and recommending innovative features that enhance product capabilities and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Research the latest AI trends, tools, and technologies relevant to HRMS and enterprise software.
• Identify realistic and business-focused AI features that can be incorporated into Voyon Folks HRMS.
• Analyze customer requirements, market trends, and competitor offerings.
• Prepare feature requirements, business documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Work closely with product and development teams to translate ideas into product enhancements.
• Evaluate AI copilots, AI agents, and automation opportunities for HR processes.

Required Skills

• Recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, or Engineering.
• Strong interest in Generative AI, Agentic AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
• Hands-on exposure to AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, or similar platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong presentation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to conduct independent research and present actionable recommendations.
• Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn new technologies.
