Job Description :

• Establish strong relationships with business partners and key stakeholders, engage with business areas from across the
• Organization to understand the opportunities / challenges we as an organization face daily and present back analytical findings.
• Follow processes to make decisions on query approach and visualization outputs, taking ownership on how to solve for more complex problems.
• Escalates any identified issues and opportunities as appropriate.
• Support a continuous improvement culture within the organization.
• Support an environment where creative thinking is encouraged and developed.

Key Responsibilities

• Strong experience and expertise in statistics, coding, modelling, and experimentation.
• Has experience building functionality to explain internal model structures and hidden biases in data to ensure implementation of fair, responsible, and ethical AI systems.
• Containerization experience with docker or Kubernetes experience.
• Knowledge of relational database technologies such as Teradata, or MySQL with strong SQL execution and optimization skills.
• Experience creating visualizations and dashboards in Power BI, Tableau or Qlik.
• Strong experience working with software best practices, including agile methodologies, coding standards, versioning, code reviews, source management, build processes, testing, and operations.
• Strong working knowledge of SAS and Spark would be an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree with a minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with strong expertise in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and documentation (BRD, FRD).
• A minimum 3 years experience as Data Analyst
• Highly numerate and passionate about data and analytics with a strong understanding of banking domain processes and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in SQL and Data Visualization best practices.
• Experience in the Teradata/ Ab Initio/ Informatica/ Python is a Plus.
• Experience working closely with cross-functional teams including data analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders to define and implement data-driven solutions.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently, demonstrating strong attention to detail and delivering tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to engage senior stakeholders, influence strategic decisions, and translate business requirements into actionable insights.
