SUMMARY
As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, gather requirements, analyse financial workflows, and assist in implementing ERP solutions, primarily within the Zoho ecosystem. The role offers excellent exposure to consulting, ERP implementation, process improvement, and digital transformation across multiple industries.
EDUCATION
CMA Qualified
B.Com / M.Com (Preferred)
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Strong understanding of Accounting and Costing principles.
- Good analytical and logical thinking ability.
- Excellent MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis).
- Ability to interact confidently with clients.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- ERP systems (Zoho, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Tally, etc.)
- Financial reporting
- Inventory Management
- Procurement & Supply Chain
- GST and Indian Accounting Practices
- Basic SQL knowledge (Preferred)
- Power BI or Zoho Analytics (Preferred)
