• Own the project plan, milestone definitions, and sign-off gates with the Ogletree client; manage Jira board, sprint cadence, and burn-down.
• Run the field audit of the existing LCA Creator Tools Edit modal confirm exactly which Section B and Section F fields are blank vs. pre-populated, and lock the AI layers target field set.
• Drive the canonical Job Library schema and coordinate library imports from each major client (Amazon, AMD, American Airlines, and others).
• Coordinate SME and attorney sessions for prompt review, AI accuracy validation, and disclaimer language.
• Run twice-weekly stand-ups with the client (working hours 3:30 AM 12:30 PM ET) short, sharp, blocker-focused.
• Manage the Change Request process; protect milestones from scope creep without becoming a bottleneck.
• Own UAT coordination with US case managers; convert findings into prioritized backlog.
• Coordinate the pilot validation cycle (10 20 historical cases) and the formal go/no-go decision gates.
• Weekly written status to Ogletree leadership; monthly milestone reports.

• Jira fluency workflow design, JQL, sprint and version reporting.
• Strong written English status notes, BRD updates, change-request documentation.
• Requirements elicitation with US client SMEs comfortable being challenged and challenging back.
• Risk management and milestone-based delivery in a fixed-bid context.
• Ability to read enough technical detail to scope AI / data engineering tickets meaningfully.

• Prior delivery on AI / LLM projects with attorney or compliance review cycles.
• Familiarity with US immigration workflows (LCA, H-1B) or any regulated approval workflow.
• Confluence / SharePoint documentation discipline.
• Tempo or equivalent timesheet tooling experience for offshore reporting.
