Job Description
We are looking for Business Administration Manufacturing Professional
You'll make a difference by
- Preparation/ initiation of Export Invoice / Customer Creation for new customers / Credit Enhancement in SAP
- Order booking and Invoicing for Customer / ZVEN Orders.
- Month end closing activities booking of journals vouchers/ clearing of GR/IR report, creation of PAS vouchers
- Keep track of Inward Bank Guarantees
- Initiation of Insurance Claims during project execution
- Initiate Fixed Asset / Capitalization requests via FAM
- Regular reviews of Production orders
- Creation of Accounting & Costing Views for Material Master
- Handling internal and External Audit / agencies, headquarter, support functions
- Handling of dispatches for Domestic and export orders
- Analyze, Initiate, Apply for export incentive schemes and GST related matters
- Preparation and analysis of SD OCC report for Project orders on monthly basis.
- Analyzing the variances/deviations in Material Costs, Margin analysis.
- Prepare order financials, including costing, pricing analysis during project execution.
- Identify, assess, monitor, and report commercial and financial risks throughout the project execution phase.
- Ensure adherence to all internal and external regulatory frameworks including DOA, ICFR, SFRG, Tax, ECC, and hedging guidelines.
- Support preparing monthly reports - Production order reports, Inventory Reports RM, WIP, FG, Fixed asset Report, OCC report - Sales Order & PoC, Creditor's Ageing Report, Receivables Report, Provisions Report, Currency Hedging Report, COPA report, TO report, GRIR Report, Web-cycle Report etc.
Desired Skills:
- You should have a minimum 3-5 experience with Bachelors / master's degree in finance along with experience in factory commercial function.
- Exposure in commercial and accounting/controlling functions with strong analytical skill.
- Knowledge of Order to Deliver cycle for factory and business.
- Worked extensively on SAP, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- Good interpersonal skills
This role is based in Aurangabad. You might be required to visit other locations within India and outside.
