• Handle inbound and outbound calls/chats for international customers (US process)
• Resolve customer queries efficiently and provide accurate solutions
• Deliver excellent customer service with a professional approach

Freshers

• Eligibility: Undergraduate / Graduate Freshers
• CTC: 3.4 LPA
• In-Hand Salary: 20,500 per month
• Additional Benefits: Performance-Based Incentives

Experienced Candidates

• Eligibility: Undergraduate / Graduate
• Experience: Minimum 3 Years of Relevant US Healthcare Insurance / Claims Experience is Mandatory
• CTC: 7.38 LPA
• In-Hand Salary: 50,000 per month
• Additional Benefits: Performance-Based Incentives

Work Schedule

• 5 Days Working | 2 Days Off
• US Rotational Shifts
