Position: Travel Voice Executive (International Process)
We are hiring experienced Travel Voice Executives for a leading International BPO in Gurugram.
Eligibility:
- Graduate & Undergraduate candidates can apply
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a Travel Process is mandatory
- Hands-on experience with GDS/Amadeus is required
- Excellent communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Flight Issuance & Re-Issuance
- Ticket Validation
- Cancellations
- Refund Processing
- Customer support for travel-related queries
- Working on GDS tools, especially Amadeus
Salary & Benefits:
