Responsible for the Leadership
Ensure that Health & Safety is embedded in all work practices
Ensure the right resources are utilised effectively
Conduct meaningful induction
Performance management reviews and personal development plans that support the development of individuals and the business.
Conduct team interviews and input into succession planning and career development across the BIM function
Support the development and delivery of training and awareness sessions
Lead and facilitate the improvement of CAD and BIM standards , routines , processes
Create project specific BIM protocol documents
