Job Description
- This architect-level position requires deep domain expertise in BSS/OSS and extensive knowledge of OBRM products, including ECE and PDC
- A key focus of the role is effort estimation for RFPs, requiring the ability to decompose complex requirements and collaborate with Sales and Pre-Sales teams during bid defence
- The candidate must have a proven track record of driving PoCs for complex solutions and acting as an architect in major billing transformation projects
- Responsibilities also include leading requirement discovery workshops and providing high-level technical guidance across CRM and OSS products like Siebel, OSM, and UIM, while ensuring alignment with industry standard frameworks like TMF FrameworX and TOGAF
