Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Broadcast Engineers during equipment installation and system setup.
- Support live production activities during rigging, production, and de-rigging.
- Learn to configure and operate broadcast equipment under supervision.
- Assist in cable laying, routing, dressing, and equipment connections.
- Help maintain broadcast equipment according to company SOPs.
- Support loading, unloading, packing, and inventory management of equipment.
- Report equipment issues to senior engineers.
- Follow all safety procedures during installations and live events.
- Participate in preventive maintenance activities.
- Maintain proper housekeeping of engineering equipment and work areas.
Candidates should possess basic understanding of:
- Electronics and Electrical Fundamentals
- Audio & Video Signal Basics
- Computer Hardware & Networking Fundamentals
- IP Networking Concepts (Basic)
- Windows Operating System
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Basic troubleshooting approach
