As a BRM Architect you will own the end-to-end design of Oracle BRM environments for large telecom operators from on-prem installation and HA configuration to backup strategies and performance optimisation.

Architect and oversee BRM on-premises installations and upgrades
Design high-availability and disaster recovery configurations
Define configuration standards for BRM components and connections
Lead root-cause analysis for failed BRM operations and critical incidents
Establish and enforce backup, restore, and DR procedures
Guide and review the work of BRM developer teams

8+ years BRM experience with at least 3 years in an architect role
Deep expertise in BRM on-prem installation, configuration files, and HA setup
Strong understanding of BRM system monitoring and failure tracking
Proven experience in full-cycle BRM backup and restore operations
Excellent stakeholder management and documentation skills
